Fiber optic versus copper lines
I still have copper phone lines and a competing company which starts with a "V" has been aggressively lobbying me to change over. Is there any advantage since I a happy with my current phone system?

Unless you are in a situation where you are using numerous phone lines more then 15 to 20 going into the home or are using it for some type of internet access you would not see a advantage of Fiber for phone service. Normal residential phone lines do not have any problems with a few land lines going through them.
