Facebook connection

Home PC has two users both with full privileges, however, one of the users cannot connect to Facebook. When this connection is attempted an error screen pops up that says " this page cannot be displayed". What might be causing this? We have tried all the suggested fixes and had no luck so far. Note, the user who cannot connect to Facebook using Internet Explorer CAN connect to Facebook using Google Chrome. Thanks
