I have talked to two service technicians past 30 days on my e-mail site speed. I have been giving the run around now twice as to why it si running so slow and why it takes from 6 to 15 seconds most of the time to change pages within the-mail site of cox. It looks to me COX has a e-mail site issue. I pay you over $50 a month for terrible e-mail service. The rest of the internet works as it should it is just the e-mail site. I want a senior technician to review my account and site to see what the problem is and fix it ASAP. There are too many internet companies for me to join for $50 a month and LESS than put up with poor technical assistance and extremely poor e-mail site service. End of story. NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER AND I WILL TAKE AT LEAST 6 CUSTOMERS WITH ME WHEN I LEAVE.
Copy of this note provided and printed out. AKB

Just so you know, your private phone number is now available to the public and any bot that searches the web.
That aside, how is the page slow? When you say "changing pages" do you mean clicking on a link inside Cox.net? Or moving from page to page inside webmail? I don't see how a Cox employee could help with this. My guess is its a PC issue with Java or something similar.
