Encore Action Channel not Broadcasting

Temporary off the air. resetting cable box does not fix this problem.  Is it broken, or Las Vegas not supporting this channel now?

I'm not seeing any trends forming on Encore Action Ch. 305. How long has this been Temporarily Offline? Do you have another receiver experiencing the same message on this channel?

I have one receiver this has been for a few days now.  SA 8240HDC is the only one I have.

Hi Connect,

Channel 305 (Encore Action) is working in each of the areas of LV I've been able to verify. Do you have other channels showing the "temporarily off air" message? Check channels 300 - 309.

Is this receiver on a splitter? I suggest removing the coax cable and unplugging the power cord from the back of the cable box. If there is a splitter, bypass the splitter, wait two minutes then connect the coax from the wall directly to the cable box, then plug the power cord back in. It may take up to 20-30 minutes for the cable box to reset.

No splitter.  I Have unplugged the the power. which rebooted the system.  What will removing the coax cable do?

Disconnecting/reconnecting the coax cable may help make a better connection.
