Andrew is correct, this is a TV forum ... But ... Do you want to change the address on the primary user? If so, a mod may be able to help you, not something you can do yourself. If it's an email user on the account, you can delete the old address and add the new. If you do this, deleting the old address will delete any existing email & you will loose it.
