Hi arizalan,
What are you seeing when you try to access your email? Are you getting any error messages? Errors help us narrow down where the issue is if you can provide us with that information.

Outlook Express can not get Cox email and can not get Cox Email online either from their web site. Getting a white screen where the email should show up. 11/18/2013 4:00AM

Hi Desert,
How frustrating! There are a couple of things that could be causing these symptoms, so I have a few questions for you.
1. What Internet browser are you using? (Ex: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc).
2. If you go to http://webmail.cox.net, does the WebMail sign-in page load for you?
3. Enter your username and password and click "Sign In." What happens?
Now, back to the original problem in Outlook Express. Whenever Outlook Express has problems accessing the WebMail server to log in, send, or retrieve mail, a pop-up window will display an error message. Do you get a box requesting your username and password? Or, do you get an error message when Outlook tries to send/receive mail--after your Inbox loads successfully? What is the full text of the error message?
The answers to these questions will help us quickly identify and resolve what is happening.
