My wife and my Cox email doesn't work. my address is maxXXXXX@cox.net and hers is ivaneXXX@cox.net. Is Cox have some problems? I am using another address which is mmeek@XXX.org to send this.

Thanks for reaching out to us via the Cox Forums! Please follow the steps below.
1. Go to http://webmail.cox.net.
2. In the User ID box, enter everything that comes before the "@" sign in your Cox email address.
3. In the Password box, enter your password.
4. If you can't remember your password, click on the "Forgot User ID/Password?" link underneath the sign-in box and follow the steps to reset your password. Once reset, try to log in with the new password.
What happens? Are you able to log in? Please let us know so we can continue to assist you with this issue.
