I receive several emails from friends that have pictures within the body of the email. I want to send these on to other friends.. The email gets sent but I soon hear back from the next person "where is the picture" Why does the picture not show on a forwarded email? There must be some kind of filter within my email system that wipes out the picture. Why? and How do I fix this?

By default, when you reply, it opens the email in plain text, so things like font colors and pictures won't be in the email when you forward it. To fix it, you need to have webmail use the graphical editor instead. See instructions below, or see here for more info.
From the WebMail Inbox window, click Settings.
Result: The Message Settings window displays.
Click Preferences.
Click the By default, compose messages using the graphical editor checkbox.
Click OK.
