Email Banner Ads

The banner ads in Cox webmail load significantly slower then the mail.  Hence every time I click on a mail the whole page shifts just in time to move the page and make the click miss the target.  Please either fix the load speed or move the banner to the side where the load speed wont' move the whole mail page.  This issue has been ongoing since the implementation of the banner ads at the top of the mail.  If Cox has any concern for customer service this issue would be addressed. 

Please don't advise that it is a speed issue on my end.  As already noted in the forums - speed is not the issue.  Literally millions of websites run banners without this issue.  As an internet provider Cox should certainly be able to solve this problem.

This issue is so irritating that I have vowed to never use any advertiser that runs their banner on Cox.
