Please note that many of your saved shows probably can be viewed "on demand", so you can catch up. Cox did add that when you get a new DVR box your favorite channels are saved, but your scheduled recordings are not, so you have to set them up all over again, but with the voice control on Contour 2, that isn't as painful as it used to be. Still a pain, but not as bad...
