Drowning in junk mail... HELP!
I don't know how to stop the avalanche of junk mail. I have already fooled around with settings with no luck. I miss important emails because I get so much **.
I like how I am able to create folders for emails that I want to save. I wish emails from certain people could automatically go into designated folders.

Are you checking your Cox email using webmail or a third party program? Either one should allow you to create rules to move email from particular people to specific folders as they are received in your inbox.
