Down for Maintenance

Just curious why the Internet is down for maintenance a lot lately. Happened again yesterday and today. Keep getting the message that the system is Down for Maintenance and some functions are not available. I am able to get into my e-mail by clicking on the link provided, but the Down for Maintenance seems to be a continuing problem. What gives?

Hello laneytim,

Our website has been down multiple times for both upgrades and maintenance. We do our best to limit the impact to our customers as much as possible but we must maintain our website. You can also navigate away from our webpage and should be able to access other pages that are not related to ours.
