DNS ISSUES!

This happens every so often.  Lasts about a week or two.  I call and there's no resolution.  I get the same, "check your machines."  But, magically, things work again after said week or two.  Here's the problem:

DNS TIME OUT!  NO RESOLVING OF DNS NAMES.  DNS ERRORS.  I have the fastest internet speed, top of the line package.  Yet, the DNS errors kill my internet.  THIS **.  It is NOT my machines.

FIX THIS!
