You can sign into your account at http://www.cox.com to manage all aspects of your account.  If your statement has already generated and you have a payment pending our account services team may need to cancel that if you need it changed immediately.

If you wish to cancel EasyPay enrollment, you must contact Cox Customer Service. See the Contact Us page for the appropriate phone number for your area
