Am I going to have another disconnection today? I need to know before hand PLEASE and how long will I be getting disconnected?
Is my problem most likely caused from the heat expanding the metal in the cords outside and the equipment device fails to work for a short time. Which causes the break in between my connection and others in my Apartments?
Or is someone at cox communications flipping a switch off and on? You may say it's my end although I think different when others in my community are having the same issue. I understand why you guys go through the steps and I have patience although at this point in time I don't even know what is going on. I was told in a week I would get new cords going to my apartment and they needed to talk to my landlord first. That was three weeks ago. I guess I will not be getting the new cords/hard line drop? I have been told maintenance orders have been issued on two occasions. I have been told it's my equipment multiple times even though I have discussed it not to be since it has proven not to be from switching it out/bypassing. I have spent countless hours on this problem, and pay regular price still in hopes it will get resolved soon.
I have been put through the impression that I will have to wait until the weather cools down to once again receive always online connection. Is that true Yes or NO?

Im not sure what your question is. Are you asking if weather effects signal quality; yes. If your asking if that is YOUR problem, no one will know with the data you gave. Or were you just looking for a response from a Mod? Maybe just venting? Yes and No questions don't work too well here. The world of technology is a lot of grays. Over simplification leads to inaccuracy.

And traffic usually happens around 5PM. Doesn't mean all traffic is caused by the same thing. But ok, if your not looking for help from me, that is OK. Good day.

Hi PhxAzCC,
Intermittent issues are the hardest ones to troubleshoot because of the way they happen. Sounds like you have had some techs out to your home to figure out why you keep losing service. I can take a look at the account to check on the status of your issue. There should be a ticket in place if it was escalated to maintenance. Can you e-mail us at coxhelp@cox.com? Please include a brief description of the issue, along with the name and address on the account.

Thank you I sent the information you requested. Not sure if it went through though. There was a problem error with me signing up on windows live mail. I was able to sign in though and I sent the e-mail three times. It doesn't show in the sent box that it was sent though?

Thank you for your response with an update of my situations. I don't know what you mean by a new line to my apartment because it's the same? I get disconnected still. Maybe you are reading when one of the cox techs switched out the cord to the filter at the box outside? And that brings me to I don't have cable in the master bedroom anymore. It's disconnected and been since the first tech came out and replaced the cord and filter at the box outside along with the splitter in my apartment and outlet.
If you want me to show you what my modems log says again I can. Just yesterday it was disconnected and I'm sure today it will disconnect too around the same time 13:00 - 18:30.
Ok the only thing that has changed from the first day of me reporting my problem has been that my cable tv was brought down to less basic. Now I get nothing but the free channels instead of other basic cable channels. All my neighbors say they get more channels than me. I should get the same right when it comes with the rent and they pay the same?
