This letter serves as formal notice regarding billing errors, illegitimate fees, and wrongful service disconnections.

My service is part of a bulk community management agreement that covers standard TV and Wi-Fi services. My direct financial responsibility to Cox is for the MLB Extra Innings package initiated in March under a 3-installment agreement.

To date, I have made payments of $86.06 and $46.68, and received a $37.50 billing credit, totaling $170.24 in credits applied to my account. This fully covers and exceeds my seasonal MLB obligation. Despite this, Cox repeatedly generates inaccurate invoices (including the recent $80.16 charge due aug. 7) and compounding the error with illegitimate late fees, restoring service fees, and returned payment penalties.

Furthermore, Cox's internal billing errors resulted in my service being wrongfully disconnected twice mid-shift during my remote work hours, actively endangering my employment and causing severe disruption. This follows a pattern of poor service, including months of broken television audio that required multiple technician visits due to initial technical oversight.

I expect this to be manually reviewed with corporate su[Edited as per community Guidelines]isors, credit back all late fees and returned fees cause by Cox’s negligence and numerous attempts to have this resolved. Apply my payments strictly to the MLB package and mail a check on the overpayment value.

If this matter is not fully resolved and corrected within 7 business days, my next action will be to file formal complaints with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and my Local Franchise Authority. I will also actively pursue formal compensation for the financial damages and work disruptions caused by your twice-wrongful service terminations.

Sincerely,

Your Customer under the account listed above
