Disapearing Emails

Hallo

I have a new computer and new Microsoft Office 2013.  I check my emails from work and delete emails that has know has been downloaded on my computer the previous night or so.  But this weekend I realized that my all my important emails are gone.   I suspect it has something to do with the new computer and Outlook 13 settings.  

Any idea how i can fix that problem -
