Digital HD
I pay for HD and it appears that the standard channels, since they went all digital, are now in HD. Why should we pay the extra for HD, when it is provided on most channels at standard rates?

At least in my market (CT), Cox doesn't charge extra for HD. They charge too much for the service, IMHO, but HD is included. Do you pay a separate charge for HD?
