Why is Cox allowing scammers and malware authors to advertise on the webmail portal? Every other time I log in, there is a fake windows error message as the main banner ad saying "Low Disk space", "You are running very low on disk space. To free space you need to repair your Windows Errors". Then it has a button to "Repair Windows Errors". The link will take you to a scam site called "http://www.driverupdate.net". Cox should really filter the ads they allow in their banners as this is pretty bad for an ISP to allow.
And NO, it is NOT coming from my PC, the Cox webmaster will know EXACTLY where these are coming from simply by looking at the source code.

Good question. I 100% agree with you. They were supposed to work out a program to weed out these malicious advertisements but I imagine money is a alternative motive. You can use Adblock or some other Ad on to block it, but if you ask me Cox should be responsible for what it puts on it's home page. The fact is that they are in control, you don't see more inappropriate ads so that tells me they do block some stuff, just not the stuff that gets them the most money.
