Depends on if its a primary or secondary username on the account. You can find out by going to http://www.cox.com/myconnection/home.cox or how ever you normally sign into your account with the primary(first) username/password, then click on My Connection > Internet Tools > Email > Manage Email Addresses. If its the primary, then special procedures are needed and I will leave that up to the moderator to answer.
Could you explain how the Chase hack effected your Cox email? Only wondering if it effects other Cox users.
