Cox Directory Assistance
Cox Directory Assistance is useless! Twice now, I've had the occasion to call the El Cajon, CA police department for non-emergency calls and each time, Cox 411 gives me numbers for Parks and Recreation, Animal Control, San Diego Visitor's Bureau, etc. - anything except El Cajon Police Department. What is your problem?
