 I Don't have contour and can't get some stations I used to. Why??   And for 2 years the tv in my bedroom doesn't work...about to go to dish network

Hi Pambracewell,

We'd hate to lose you, especially for a technical issue that we can fix. What model cable box do you have? What channels are you missing? Are you getting a black screen or an error message when you turn to one of these channels? I want you to have access to all of the channels you subscribe to!

Have you called Tech Support regarding your bedroom TV? Many Cox markets have transitioned to all-digital, so the TV in the bedroom may now need a mini box in order to receive channels. In what city and state do you live?
