I just had the record 6 dvr box installed an its going into reboot every day an i miss programs while i have to cut power an reset what the solotion this is a real pain

I would try manually resetting the box first by disconnecting power for two minutes and reconnecting rather than letting it just continue to cycle.  If that doesn't work it may be best for the technician to come back out and troubleshoot further.
