Contour series recording issue

We just got Contour and like its features but can't seem to get it to automatically record golf tournament broadcasts.  Specifically, I'm trying to record "PGA golf tour" broadcasts on Golf channel and CBS, but Contour doesn't recognize it as a series.  Our old Cox DVR picked up all the PGA tournament broadcasts.

Hi Peanuts,

It looks like the Contour 2 Guide recognizes each round of the PGA Golf Tour as a separate sporting event, rather than as part of a series. I played around with our Contour 2 DVR and wasn't able to find a way to set up a series recording that would capture every part of the tour. I'm sorry! For now, it looks like you'll need to set up individual recordings. I've provided your feedback to our development team, so we may be able to accommodate this recording option at a future date.
