Contour recording wrong show

Hello

We just switched from uverse to cox, with a contour whole home dvr.

Looks really swell except twice now we've set up to record all instances (new and old) of a show called "the amazing world of gumball", and in the 10 or so shows its recorded, 9 were a show called "we bear bear" and one was actually gumball. What the heck? Is this normal?
