Contour problems
I have had contour for a couple of months. I have reset and nothing, no channels but about 3 channels show up. I have basic cable, can't talk to anyone on the phone. Starting to get frustrated , internet works great but nothing on the tv end. help anyone.
Is the contour a joke?

You need to get Cox out to fix it. My Contour is quirky but it does lots of things well.
