I recently set up my contour receiver and most of my channels are fine but a few are giving me XRE error 03056 and/or XRE 03062. Is there a fix for this or will it require in-home tech support?

If the XRE error is still there, please share the group of channels. Is there a splitter or signal amplifier attached to the coaxial cable between the receiver and the wall? If there's a splitter, please unplug the power to the receiver and reconnect the coaxial cable without the splitter. Plug in the power to the receiver, and allow the reset to complete.
If no solution after these steps, please contact Cox, or email us at Cox.Help@cox.com with your name and address, so we can get a solution to the error.
