Contour DVR
Our Contour box keeps flashing between cnF9 and noHd. Any fixes??

DVR model number? [Cox has four DVRs that run on Contour.] I assume you've gone through the act of unplugging the DVR for a minute or two, and then plug it and let it completely re-boot. The "no Hd" notation bothers me though.
