Contour Can Only Record on Two Tuners
My new Cox Contour box was installed last night. If I have two programs recording simultaneously and I tune another channel I'm am advised "Tuners Busy" ...... "All tuners are currently in use".
Where are the six tuners? What is happening?

What is the model number of your DVR?

I now realize my tuner, Cisco 8742HDC, only has two tuners. The tech who was servicing my old DVR told me I should order the Contour service and get a new DVR with six tuners. I think I have the DVR 6 service but not the capable DVR I thought I was getting. I'll call Cox Monday.
