Constant internet interruptions?

What can I do to alleviate this?

Both my roommate and myself play internet games and like to watch Amazon Prime/Netflix. Constant internet interruptions and  drops (multiple times per day, daily).

We're on the Premier Internet package using a Netgear CMD31T cable modem.
