disabled relative living with us, his smart tv and laptop wireless is pretty much on 24/7, and I connect ipad wireless and stream, read or whatever. I am constantly having to reset the router. Is there a solution to this?

I would suggest starting off by testing your Internet connection without the router to determine if the problem lies with the Internet connection or the router.
