Code: IA09 error

I have contour whole home system and my host box has been giving me a "Code: IA09" error for hours now and the client box shows nothing (no time, no error code etc.)

Is anyone else having this problem?  I called customer support and the lady on the phone was clueless and the other one did nothing except schedule a technician.

Did some digging around and seems to do something with signal tilt, with the higher frequencies being much higher then the lower ones. Its not in the Contour manual as a listed error though. Have you tried resetting the box by unplugging the power, checking all cable connections and then reconnecting power? If so, I would agree with Cox a technician may be needed. On rare cases that error can be caused by a bad tuner inside the box so that would be only something a tech could fix.

Thanks for responding.  I've reset the box numerous times since last night and still having the same issue.  Hope the tech is able to fix it.
