cisco box
why does these boxes keep resetting mine is doing it at least 4 times a day I have 3 boxes but these two cisco new cisco boxes just keep resetting

Were these self installed or professionally installed? Have you checked your connections? Are the cable lines split off from another room using a splitter?

we have three boxes two cisco and 1 scientific Atlanta the cisco boxes were given to me by cox to replace because the hdmi went out on my other boxes boxes worked fine for about a month we have lines outside run to each room cable modem works fine sa box works fine phone works fine have checked every connection
