channel problem

I'm trying to watch channel 1103, Investigative Discovery in Orange County, CA.  As of a few hours ago, when I changed to that station, it's showing the NatGeo channel.  The information in the guide says Investigative Discovery, but it's actually showing the programs on NatGeo.  If I change to NatGeo, I see the same program over there as well.

There aren't any outages posted for Investigative Discovery HD. Does this happen on the standard definition channel too, or on another tv in the home? 
If not unplugging power to the affected box for a minute may clear it right up.
