How can i change my password and name for my WiFi,??

Hi Kariivelarde,

Thanks for reaching out to us through the Cox Forums! Do you know the current password for your WiFi? If so, you can access the Gateway settings by typing 192.168.0.1 into the address field of an internet browser. If not, a factory reset will wipe out the settings and allow you to set up a new network name and password.
