Can't access email
I have been trying for hours to access my email through Cox and nothing happens. I just watch the circle spin and spin and spin. Is Cox having email issues in southern Louisiana?

No problems here. How are you checking your email? Not sure what you mean by the "circle". You mean hour glass?

We did have an issue with the Cox Webmail server earlier this morning; however, we got the "all clear" alert at 11:55AM (EST). Since then, my team has been successful in accessing our Webmail accounts. Please try again, and let us know if you continue to have any problems!
