Cannot receive phone calls/generic message
Our phone issues started about a few weeks ago. Our phone goes down several times a day. When calling there is a generic message indicating" We're sorry due to telephone company facility trouble your call cannot be completed as dialed, please try your call again later." We originally thought it was our cordless phone so we purchased a new one, however the issues continue. When I tried the trouble shooter it indicated there were no outages and our phone was working fine. I try several times a day from work and get this same message or it will ring once and disconnect. This started after our new neighbors moved in, so I am not sure if there was possibly some damage done to the main box which is located at our house. There has been several issues with this main box previously. Any suggestions?
