cannot connect thru wifi router
I have tried two different Linksys wifi routers, and cannot connect to net even they both show that I am connected to the router. I get the same issue with any of my devices, laptop, ipad, iphone. I can connect via cable direct to my laptop only if I restart my computer each time??? Help. Have reset to defaults on both routers, and gone thru steps about auto TCP/ip and DNS auto, etc ???

When connecting a different device to the modem the modem will always need to have it's power disconnected and reconnected otherwise it will continue to remember the previous device that was attached.
