My call history doesn't show the name/ company or phone numbers of incoming calls. Nor is there any info of outgoing calls. All that is recorded is my number, date and time. Please help.

Same here. My Call History only logged my number with dates and times. Nothing about the caller.
I bookmarked the Cox System Status page...but it redirects to a useless support page.

I'm getting the same thing, rosebud. Plus, the time displayed with each call is off by several hours. I suspect something's out of whack that the Cox techies can fix when they come on duty today...hope so, anyway, because I really rely on the phone tool to check for missed calls and to "reconstruct" call events. Thanks for your post.

Imagine the priority if this glitch was in their billing software.

Tiffany,
Any estimate of when the call history problem will be resolved? Thanks.

It is now almost 1AM Central Time; even thou 'Tiffany R.' posted
at 10:06am on Monday that the company has known about the
problem (see her post quoted below) for at least 15 hours
IT STILL IS WONKY.
Their Customer Support always requires that we disconnect our
modems/routers and plug them back in, and try restarting our
computers to cure our troubles . . . let's all hope than their tech's
have tried those 'cures' on their equipment as well, since they
seem to think that is always the FIRST thing we should do ...
Seriously:
How about an update from a 'Cox Support Forums Moderator' on
the progress or lack of progress.
Many of us have come to rely on the Phone Tools - Call History,
and deserve to be told the estimated / hoped for time of the
service being restored!

We are aware of the issues with Phone Tools
and hope to have it resolved soon.
I do apologize for the inconvenience.

You are all correct! Phone Tools is still acting wonky. The call history logs are not reporting accurately and timestamps are off. We have a troubleshooting team engaged and we are tracking all reported issues. At this time, however, there is no estimated time of repair.
I know how frustrating it is when the tools and technology we depend on stop working correctly, and I sincerely apologize for the added stress this week! We will update this thread as soon as we receive further information. Thanks for your patience!

"Wonky" is a generic term and shouldn't be used in this technical forum.
However...perhaps I can help.
Did you check all connections to be finger-tight?
Did you reset your modem?
Should I schedule a $70 service call.
Why not carry all your equipment to the nearest Service Center?
...or you could email your problem to another department.
