CableCard activation fails
Anyone know how to get help from a knowledgeable CSR? They are keeping telling me the pairing fails on their end. Isn't that on cox's end? Silicon Dust tells me there is no way they are getting a failed on my end because cable cards on one way. They are trying to roll a truck which I know isn't neccessary as the cable card tuner is working and the SDV is a solid green. They are failing to pair and authorize it correctly on their end is what SD support tells me and I believe from my past experience.

I checked your account and the pairing isn't showing as failed. Pairing happens in our system, however if there is a communication issue at you location (be that signal or a problem with the card or adapter) a technician might be needed.
What problem is it that you are having exactly?

I got a new cable card and the activation and pairing worked. I am not getting premiums it tells me unathorized for hbo and starz. The signal is fine on the channels I checked I just dont believe the cable card is fully authorized correctly. They are rolling a truck tonight I am just trying to save the trip

I'd like to ensure your Host ID is entered correctly. Can you verify it in the Home Run Prime menu?
