Can’t Connect XBox 360 to Internet

I got an XBox 360 and it pulls the WiFi network but it fails the network test each time.  A lot of the test results come up as blocked.  I have tried everything and can’t seem to connect it.  An ethernet cable can’t be used so I am all out of ideas on how to connect it to the WiFi.  Does Cox not connect to XBox 360s?

Press the Guide button on your controller.
Go to Settings > System Settings > Network Settings.
Select your wireless network name (SSID) from the list. If it's a hidden or unlisted 5G network, select Advanced Options > Specify Unlisted Network to type the name manually.
Enter your Wi-Fi password and select Done.
Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
————-Troubleshooting Tips——————
If your connection fails, ensure your wireless password is typed exactly as it appears.
If you are experiencing IP address or DNS errors, go into Configure Network and ensure both IP and DNS settings are set to Automatic, then select Restore Factory Defaults.
i had to look it up if you’re doing wirelessly hopefully this helps but that’s what I found you could try Reddit or YouTube I know they have like different ways of fixing that issue
