Audio Not Present on all Channels
I just found that SAP is on which apparently is the standard setting. I have lived with audio present on some stations some times but not all. Now that I have changed SAP to NO, the Audio is on all stations. I hope this has resolved the issue.

Not every channel carries a SAP signal so I suspect that will likely solve the issue for you.
