Arris/Motorola SBG6580
I have to reset my modem on a daily basis; are there any software upgrades available for my Arris SBG6580? I am currently running SBG6580-3.5.8.4-GA-00-505-NOSH.
I receive repeated "website not available" messages from all of my devices.

Were you just looking to have a moderator look at firmware or did you wish to also troubleshoot the issue with forum users?

Hello, thank you for the quick reply. I am currently connecting with both (Wired/Wireless) and I do lose connection with both devices.

From this end it appears the modem is reporting back a slightly stronger signal than idea. Are there any other cable outlets you can try connecting the modem to and see if that makes a difference?

Sorry I am not tracking this 100%, are you referring to the incoming Cox cable and perhaps available ports on the splitter outside?
Thanks again, oddly since I posted my original input, the events seemed to have diminished somewhat.
