Arris sb6190 modem

How does this modem work on Cox with the ultimate package?

Does cox bond all 32 down channels of this modem? If so, does this result if faster speeds during high use periods?

Well I can tell you in the Oklahoma market we are only 16x4 here, so 16 channels down and 4 upload channels. I have the ultimate tier and getting the stated up to 200Mbps down and 22Mbps up using the SB6183. I recently purchased a SB6190 online from newegg.com and had it provisioned on the Cox network, the modem will only lock on to the 16x4 offered in my market, but it should prove to be a good modem once Arris fixes the high internal latencies. Other than that the modem should be good whenever Cox makes more than 16x4 channels available. In highly congested markets like Orange County or San Diego, Cox is using 24x8 channels to maintain the level of services offered. When Cox Oklahoma market decides to move to 24x4 or 32x8 channels I'll put the SB6190 back on the Cox network, hoping Arris will have resolved the high internal latencies I experienced with the SB6190.
