How come of the hundreds of cable providers that support apps on Apple tv like A&E, History channel, etc. a large company like cox doesn't?!

Hi, you may not be aware that we are charged a fee by the Networks to make these services available to our customers.  We are constantly in negotiations with the networks to add more value for our customers. Customer demand and cost are definitely factors when choosing which services will bring the most value to our offering.  To make sure your voice is heard, I submitted an app request on your behalf to our programming team.
