AOL email

Anyone that sends me a message, that has an AOL email address, automatically goes into spam. Why is this? Is it an AOL issue or a Cox issue?

It's a cox issue. They are dropping all AOL email sounds like. You need to set up a rule in your web mail to allow emails with aol in the address. See my comments at http://forums.cox.com/forum_home/internet_forum/f/5/t/5903.aspx about cox and spam filtering.
