Anonymous Call Rejection
The Cox instructions say to lift headset and press *77 to turn on anonymous call rejection. I have premier service, but when I press *77, I just get a rapid busy signal. How do I turn on this service? Thank you.

The rapid busy signal indicates a confirmation tone that the feature is active. We can review the account to see if the feature is currently active. Send the team an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full service address and the four digit Cox PIN.
