All channels 'TEMPORARILY OFF AIR'

I have the Cox cable/phone/internet bundle and all three come off the same cable outlet/jack. I am having no problems with phone and internet, but with my cable, I'm seeing 'TEMPORARILY OFF AIR' on all channels (occasionally a channel will come on for a few minutes, but VERY pixilated). I called the automated support line and had my cable box reset remotely, but that did not help. Can a service rep tell me if there a cable problem for the Byron GA area (zip 31008)?
