A&E App

I would love to know "WHY" Cox is possibly the only cable company that does not access to this App.The above "canned" response should not be acceptable

We spend way too much money to not offer this major channel as an option. 

I agree 100%. I've been giving Cox $150/month for a decade, and I'm sure this issue comes down to Cox not getting enough money from A&E or something. Completely ridiculous. Especially when you consider I see commercial after commercial promising technology revolution thanks to their Internet speed upgrade, when in reality, mine has barely worked since the "upgrade."

I'm so sick of cable companies just shamelessly profiteering while service continues to decline. Unbelievable.  

I do appreciate the faster internet speed. But as I recall, that was advertised as being for no extra charge. As for everything else on your list of enhancements, seemingly to justify rate increases(?), I don't use and don't want any of them.

I pay $75/mo. for the 10 to 15 channels out of 220+ that I actually watch. I'm resigned to the fact that I have to pay for way more than I use.

So, in listing the things that you feel I should be grateful for, all you did was add insult to injury.

So I found a forum created back in May of 2014 where the Cox response was that they would absolutley be sending the requests for an aetv app...actually seeming as if something could be accomplished...and here we are a year later and Cox still doesn't have the aetv access?????? You know who does? Century Link. When my pleasures don't line up with my business decisions I will definetly seek the company who aligns then for me. Very disappointing Cox. I will be looking into another provider who actually can provide me with what I'm interested in. And I agree with the previous poster that you seriously are like the only 1 not listed...there's like a hundred to scroll through. I thought, hmmm, maybe Cox is called something else? I'm flabbergasted that you're not listed. What's up with that Cox?
