500 Servlet Exception

I cannot open webmail - I get the page titled 500 Servlet Exception with a stack of lines.  This happens on both my desktop and my laptop when signed in to cox.net.  General internet seems to work properly.

I do NOT have Java installed.

What do I do?

Same problem.  I uninstalled Java, no help.  Same thing on explorer and chrome.

Hello,

If you are using classic webmail you need Java installed. Have you received notification that your email has been upgraded?
